Cabinet has resigned as the result of Dr H. Colijn's refusal to agree to the desire of a Catholic Minister to borrow in order to finance defence and unemployment, preferring to frame his Budget according to revenue. Dr Colijn is considering the Queen’s request to lead a new Government.
