The annual accounts of the New Zealand Farmers’ Fertiliser Co. to May 21 show an increase in gross profits from £106,105 to £111,217, and in net profits from £66,478 to £69,671. The dividend recommended is Unchanged at six per cent. The balance sheet shows an increase in capital from £261,995 to £351,394, the difference being due to the issue of 5J per cent preference shares in September last.
