The International Chamber of Commerce conference passed a resolution recommending the governments of England, France, Germany, Italy, Janan and America to collaborate with their own leading business men and make a thorough study of economic and fiscal conditions in respect of national needs and possible contribution to’ the world’s economic development, after which the respective economic experts should meet and formulate a plan under which all countries would be given a fair opportunity to share in the resources of the world.
