ROTARY CLUB
TODAY’S MEETING. ADDRESS ON TERRITORIAL SYSTEM. Rotarian H. H. Daniell presided at the weekly luncheon of the Masterton Rotary Club today. The speaker was Mr C. J. Williams, who took as his subject “The Territorial Organisation in New Zealand.” On the motion of Rotarian E. M. Hodder a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr Williams for his excellent address.
