GIVEN BY GREAT BRITAIN & UNITED STATES AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH SHIPPING. PROTECTION OF NATIONALS , ; IN PORTS. SHANGHAI. June 27. The British and American authorities have warned the Japanese that they would be responsible for interference with or endangering of the lives, properly, and ships of their nationals in Foochow and Wenchow. The United States destroyer, Asheville. has joined H.M.S. Duchess in Foochow.
