SAUDI ARABIA

CIRCULATION OF RUMOURS. NEGOTIATIONS WITH HITLER DENIED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 24. Endeavours in certain quarters to find political significance in the visit paid to Herr Hitler by Khalid el Hud, the business man from Saudi Arabia, who is now in Germany, reached a climax today when a rumour was circulated to the effect that King Ibn Saud had addressed a demand to Britain asking for reversal of her-policy for Palestine. The rumour has no foundation in fact, and Khalid el Hud denied that he is engaged in any negotiations with Herr Hitler.
