(Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) MOSCOW, June 21. Mr William Strang, of the British. Foreign Office, and the French Ambassador, M. Naggiar, will see M. Molotov this evening. It is understood that they will present a British-French compromise on the Baltic difficulty. TRADE & FINANCE. PROJECTED GERMAN DELEGATION. BERLIN. June 21. . A German trade and finance delegation is expected to leave Berlin next week to reopen the economic discussions with the Soviet. It is understood that the Nazis are anxious to establish good relations with the Soviet as quickly as possible. Moscow, however, is silent in regard to the delegation. '
