SUGGESTED SCHEME

PURCHASE OF FOODSTUFFS BY BRITAIN. AS MEANS OF HELPINGNEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, June 21.
