FRANCE IMPOSING SURTAXES ON MOST NEW ZEALAND PRODUCTS. EXCEPTION IN FAVOUR OF WOOL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.0 a.m.) PARIS, June 20. A decree is being prepared imposing surtaxes on the importation of most New Zealand products, with the exception of wool. This is in reply to New Zealand’s restrictions, which are considerably harming French exports.
