GREEN MAYONNAISE
HOW TO PRODUCE IT. If you would like to serve a green mayonnaise, boil together Joz. parsley and Joz. watercress with a little salt added for ten minutes. Rub through a sieve and add sufficient of this pulp to make the mayonnaise the desired shade.
