ALFREDTON CLUB'MEETING. TREE-PLANTING SCHEME. ("Times-Age” Special.) The Alfredton Young Farmers’ Club held its monthly meeting last Wedneseday. in the Alfredton Hall, Mr H. Edmonds presiding over a good attendance of members. , u “=b>r d l “:r d , , r Crown for the purpose of a plantation for the Young Farmers’ Club movement in the Alfredton district. Mr N. Lamont gave an interesting lecture on "Rotational Grazing,” demonstrating with lantern slides various types of grasses and pastures. The club decided to hold its annual Field Day on Wednesday, June 21, at Mr H. N. Kebbell’s property. At the conclusion of the meeting, a hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mr Lamont. Supper was served by the stewards.
