DAIRY PRODUCTS
INCREASES IN CANADA. OTTAWA. Production of dairy products in Canada showed a marked increase in February as compared with a year ago. Cheese production increased by 97 per cent to 1,1000,000 pounds, and butter increased by 10 per cent to 8,300,000 pounds, although milk concentrates were lower. Exports of these commodities during the month amounted to 894,000 pounds of cheese, 2,420,000 pounds of butter, and 1,618,200 pounds of concentrated milk products.
