FURNITURE WORMS
HOW TO .DESTROY THEM. To destroy - furniture worms apply kerosene on several successive days and let it sink into the interstitches. Then mix 12oz linseed oil, 6oz camphor oil, and loz cedar oil; warm it, and work it into the holes with a soft brush. Should the colour of the furniture be affected, wax polish will soon restore it. This may, if necessary, be tinted with umber or ochre, according to the original tone.
