NO FRESH INFORMATION MR CHAMBERLAIN REPLIES. TO QUESTION. MR STRANG IN MOSCOW. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON, June 14. Replying to a question in the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, Mr Chamberlain, said that the only fresh information ne could give about the Anglo-Soviet negotiations was that Mr William Strang, head of the Central European Department of the Foreign Office, had arrived in Moscow bearing full instructions to guide the British Ambassador, Sir William Seeds, in the future conduct of the negotiations.
