NEW MINISTRY
PROJECTED IN BRITAIN. WOULD DEAL WITH PROPAGANDA IN WAR TIME. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, June 14. It is understood that the Government will shortly announce the formation of an organisation intended to form the nucleus of a Ministry of Information, which in war time will be converted into a Propaganda Ministry, with powers of Press censorship. Lord Perth, formerly Ambassador in Rome, will possibly act as head of the organisation. . Questioned in the House of Commons about the creation of a Ministry, or office, of propaganda, Mr Chamberlain stated that he hoped to make a full statement on this subject tomorrow. ■
