It is understood that the Government will shortly announce the formation of an organisation intended to form the nucleus of a Ministry of Information, which in war time will be converted into a Propaganda Ministry, with powers of Press censorship. Lord Perth, formerly Ambassador in Rome, will possibly act as head of the organisation. . Questioned in the House of Commons about the creation of a Ministry, or office, of propaganda, Mr Chamberlain stated that he hoped to make a full statement on this subject tomorrow. ■
