SYDNEY SALES. STRONG COMPETITION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, June 14. Firm and strong competition ruled at today’s wool auctions. The chief demand centred round well-grown shafty wools and spinners’ types. A line of greasy merino made to 16Id. A total of 5879 bales was offered, of which 4583 were sold at auction, and 1316 disposed of privately.
