A military court in Moscow has passed sentence of death on ShlepnyefT, Deputy Chief of Police in the 39th district of Moscow, and has sentenced a number of his associates to long terms of imprisonment. ShleepnyefT was found guilty of trumping up false charges against innocent persons and bringing them to trial for personal spite and to serve his own private interests.
