SEVERAL DEBUTANTES
AT COLLEGE BALL TONIGHT. OUTSTANDING SOCIAL GATHERING. Several debutantes will be presented at the second annual ball to be held under the auspices of the Wairarapa College Parents’ Association in the College. Assembly Hall tonight. The scene, with the elaborate decorations, promises to be one of outstanding beauty and together with the excellent music and specially prepared floor, should make the occasion one providing the fullest enjoyment for those present. An exceptionally large attendance is anticipated and the function will be one of particular interest to the ladies, as doubtless there will be a brilliant display of the latest fashions in dance dresses. The College ball is a gathering which provides facilities where the greatest dancing pleasure can be obtained and ladies and their escorts will find the arrangements complete in every detail in this respect. The supper is under the control of a capable ladies’ committee. It is confidently anticipated that tonight's ball will establish a standard well worthy of emulation.
