THE CUBA’S NEXT STAGE PROGRESS DEPENDENT ON WEATHER. HOME ISLAND YARDS ADMIRED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m;) COCOS ISLAND, June 12. A message from the Commonwealth official correspondent on the survey plane Guba states that the plane will take off again at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, providing the weather report is satisfactory. Radio communication has been established with H.M.S. Manchester, which is stationed at Diego Garcia. Governor Ross, of Cocos Island, showed Captain Taylor the workshops and building 'yards established at Home Island (adjoining Cocos). Captain Taylor was impressed with the facilities provided there, which are suitable for dealing' with repairs to aircraft; also with the many evidences of splendid cratsmanship employed in boat building.
