(Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, June 12. “The Times” Brussels correspondent says the technical committee of the Fifteenth International Wool Conference discussed procedure before the opening of the conference on June 15, problems connected with the depression of the wool trade specially receiving attention. Delegates represented ten countries. Representatives of New Zealand, Australia and South Africa were present as guests.
