Miss A. Cotter, of New South Wales, is visiting her aunt. Sister Gerrand, of Masterton. Miss Irene Common, of Masterton. is visiting. Pahiatua and is the guest of Mrs J.' A. Ward. Mr and Mrs T. Priest, old residents of Putara, intend to make their home in Auckland. Mr and Mrs C. P. Jarrett, Kopuaranga, have returned home after a month’s tour of the North Island. The death occurred at Kumeroa yesterday of Mrs Florence Annie Hunter, relict of the late Mr Thomas Henry Hunter. Miss P. Benton has returned to .Napier after spending her annual holiday with her parents, Mr and Mrs A. G. Eenton, Masterton Road, Pahiatua. Mesdames J. C. D. Mackley, of College. Street, and A. A. McPherson, of Pownall Street, have returned to Masterton after having spent the weekend in Palmerston North. Mrs C. M. Wright, of Church Street, Masterton, who had been on a visit to Auckland to meet her brother. Dr Reuben McMaster, who arrived by the Monterey from America, returned home yesterday.
