UGLY HOARDINGS
RECENT DECREE IN SEINE.
The Prefect of the Seine has just issued a decree dealing with poster hoardings in Paris. Large zones in the neighbourhood of the important buildings of Paris will be kept entirely free of poster advertising, and no hoardings will be allowed to mar the banks of the Seine.
