SWISS AS PRESIDENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.15 a.m.) GENEVA. June 8. A Swiss, Herr Edmond Schulthess. has been elected president of the International Labour Office. He announced that, the organisation would continue to function in Geneva in the event of war.
