Miss Beth Robinson, Wellington, spent the weekend in Masterton. Mrs E. W. B. Hornabrook, Cornwall Street, is visiting Wellington. Mrs H. J. W. Lord, Essex Street, has returned from a visit to Wellington. Mrs Hassell’. Feilding, is staying with her daughter, Mrs R. Garland, Nursery Road. Mrs Trewarbis, of Motueka, is the guest of Mr A. Haigh. Greytown, and will leave later on a visit to Gisborne. Mr and Mrs Desmond Kennedy are spending a few days in Masterton and are the guests of Mrs Trevor Beetham. Mr and Mrs N. R. Cunningham, who have been spending an enjoyable holiday in the North Auckland district, returned home on Sunday. Miss Joan Reynolds, Wellington, spent the weekend with her parents, Mr and Mrs A. W. Reynolds, Herbert Street. Mrs H. T. Wood, who has been on a visit to Masterton has returned to Wellington, and is to take up her residence at “Hillcrest Eastbourne for the winter months. Miss Joan Lucas, whose marriage to Mr Geoffrey Cunningham takes place today has been the guest of honour at several delightful parties. Among hei hostesses were Mrs John Bird, Mrs N. R. Cunningham and Mrs Crawford Cameron.
