MEMORIAL SERVICE TODAY IN LONDON ARRANGEMENTS FOR PUBLIC INQUIRY. JUDGE OR EMINENT K.C. TO PRESIDE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, June 6. The Admiralty has announced that a memorial service will be held in Saint Martin’s Trafalgar Square, tomorrow, for relatives in London and members of the Admiralty staff. Either a judge or an eminent King’s counsel will preside at the official inquiry, which will be held in. Liverpool or Birkenhead. It will have high court powers, compelling attendance of witnesses on oath and enforcing the production of documents. Their Majesties the King and Queen have promised from Canada donations to the Lord Mayor's Thetis fund.
