FURTHER MOVES BY POPE REPORTED DELEGATE TO INTERVIEW LORD HALIFAX. ’ SECOND SPECIAL MESSAGE TO LONDON. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON. June 4. The Vatican City correspondent of the Exchange Agency says the Pope has again made important moves on behalf of European peace. Early in the week, Viscount Halifax is expected to receive the Apostolic Delegate. Monsignor Godfrey, who will deliver a special message from Pius XII. In addition a high prelate, whose name at present has not been divulged, is going to London tomorrow, bearing a second special message, but it is not known whether this is addressed to the King or to Mr Neville Chamberlain.
