Early in the week, Viscount Halifax is expected to receive the Apostolic Delegate. Monsignor Godfrey, who will deliver a special message from Pius XII. In addition a high prelate, whose name at present has not been divulged, is going to London tomorrow, bearing a second special message, but it is not known whether this is addressed to the King or to Mr Neville Chamberlain.
