BRITISH LABOUR PARTY
POLICY OF STATE CONTROL REAFFIRMED SOCIALISATION OF KEY INDUSTRIES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 3. The Labour, Party’s annual conference concluded at Southport yesterday with a re-affirmation of Labour’s immediate programme as adopted at the last conference. State control of banking and credit and socialisation of the most important key industries are included in the programme. Mr Arthur Greenwood said he would never take office in any Government not prepared to implement that programme.
