Addressing a deputation from the Embargo Abolition League, the Prime Minister, Mr Menzies, sail] he was most anxious to improve trading conditions between New Zealand and Australia. He added that it was essential to make a determined and prompt attempt to solve the question of the trade embargoes, and the whole question of the embargoes would be considered by his Government, which intended to be fair to the potato growers, the citrus growers and the consumer.
