Reynolds, Renall Street, Masterton, is spending a week at Lower Hutt. Miss MacFarlane, Seatoun, is the guest of the Misses Brown, Church Street, Masterton. Mrs E. P. Cameron, Pahaua, Hinakura, is spending a week in Masterton. Mrs T. Staniland, Napier, is the guest of Mrs J. Sampson, Cole Street, Masterton. Mrs Graham Shannon has been elected president of the Nireaha Women’s Institute. Miss Joan Datson, of the Vicarage, Aramaho, is the guest of Miss Rose Robinson, Essex Street, Masterton. Mrs Hornsby and Miss Telford, Raumati South, are on a short visit to Carterton. Mrs Fouhy, Renall Street, Masterton, is spending the weekend in Palmerston North. Miss D. O’Donnell, Church Street, Masterton, is on a visit to Palmerston North. Mrs J. J. Kennedy, Opaki Road, Lansdowne, who has been visiting Auckland has returned to Masterton. Miss Katharine Cunningham, of Opaki Road, vzho has been spending a holiday in Christchurch, returned to Masterton today. The friends of Mrs Bowyer, Senr., Nireaha, will regret to learn she is an inmate of a private hospital following an accident. Mr and Mrs C. P. Davies, of Pahiatua, Mrs Bagley, of Masterton, and Mrs J. Swanney, of Kaitawa have been the guests of Mr and Mrs R. Cornforth, of Nireaha.
