A member of the Portuguese naval mission yesterday joined a ship of the Eighth Destroyer Flotilla of the Home Fleet at Portland for six weeks’ training. It is announced from Lisbon that the Comniander-in-Chief of the Portuguese Army has accepted an invitation to attend the British Army manoeuvres.
