BOMBER CRASH

THREE AIRMEN KILLED IN LINCOLNSHIRE. RESCUERS DRIVEN BACK BY FLAMES. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, June 2. A Hampden bomber crashed in Lincolnshire and burst into flames. The three occupants were burned to death as flames drove back would-be rescuers.
