VISCOUNT GALWAY

TERM AS GOV BRNO R-G ENERAL NEARING tND. GOING HOME NEXT YEAR. (By Telegraph-Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 2. Mention that he did not expect to be in New Zealand this lime next year, was made by the GovernorGeneral, Viscount Galway, when speaking at the annual prize night of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron. ■ It was the last time, he said, that he would be able to attend as patron the squadron's prize-giving. Lord Galway said his term as Go-vernor-General was nearing its end. Next year he expected to be in England again, but for the rest of his life, he said, his recollections would be tinged with the very pleasantest of memories of New Zealand. Particularly would he remember the yachting fraternity of Auckland.
