FUR HATS AND FUR MUFFS...

The picture on the right shows the wonder fur of Paris —Guanaco—in a bolster muff tied tightly in the middle with a velvet ribbon, and an amusing fur cap topped by a cluster of birds.. This is a Schiaparelli design, using the inexpensive cousin of the blue fox. The bolster shape and the velvet bow in the middle of the muff, are pure Schiaparelli, just like the bird-trimmed hat.

★ CANDRA, Paris fashion authority, continues this week her story of modern muffs and modern fur hats. Fantastic though the muffs may be, they set a new style of fashion adornment all the rage in Paris. ★
