Herr Hitler, Field-Marshal Goering and Herr Ribbentrop welcomed Prince Paul, the Yugoslavian Regent, and Princess Olga. They are initiating lavish celebrations. Schools, stores, factories and offices in Berlin are closed and the populace has been ordered to join in a public welcome.
