A resolution affirmed the people’s determination to maintain the Empire’s territorial integrity and approved of the revised Anglo-French foreign policy. POLICY DECISIONS. SUPPORT FOR POPULAR FRONT. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) PARIS, May 31 The Socialist Party conference concluded with a compromise resolution, supporting M. Daladier's foreign rearmament policies, but demanding modification of the Government’s financial and social policies. The conference reaffirmed support of the Popular Front.
