ENGINE TESTS
TASMAN AND ATLANTIC PLANES. LONG FLIGHT OVER BRITAIN. (Independent Cable Service.) LONDON, May 29. To test the new Pereus sleeve-valve aero engine, which will be used by Imperial Airways Tasman and Atlantic fleets, the air liner Connemara began a 70,000-miles flight over Britain. The Atlantic service will not commence till the test has been satisfactorily completed.
