The final counting of the primary votes in the Wilmot by-election indicates that Mr J. Guy (United Australia Party) will be elected. He is at present leading with 6411 votes to Mr Spurr’s 6124, and is expected to win when the preferences have been distributed. Mr L. Spurr is the Laboui' candidate.
