INTO KALTHOF SHOOTING AFFAIR. NAZI SENATE NOTE TO BE IGNORED. (Independent Cable Service.) WARSAW, May 26. A Polish inquiry in Kalthof has established that 40 motor lorries containing storm troopers with guns and ammunition crossed from East Prussia into the free city territory early on May 21 after the Polish customs inspectors had been driven out of Kalthof. Poland intends to ignore the Nazi Senate’s note demanding the recall of the three officials who conducted the inquiry.
