GUARANTEED PRICES
OPPOSED BY SHEEP FARMERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., May 26. Sheep-farmers who met in Feilding today, under the auspices of the New Zealand Sheep Owners’ Federation, resolved unanimously against guaranteed prices for wool and meat and against the control of the products of the sheepfarming industry. The opinion was expressed that any form of guaranteed price could not effectively meet tne needs of the industry under existing conditions.
