ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.' The ballot for the election of two directors of the Australian Mutual Provident Society, held at the Head Office in Sydney, on Tuesday, May 9, resulted as follows: John Oliver Meeks, 77,913 votes. Sir Fred. Henry Tout, 72,922 votes. John Edward Garvan, 14.338 votes. . Mr J. H. Meeks, and Sir Frederick H. Tout, M.L.C., were duly elected.
