SECONDLY: 196 acres 1 rood 30 perches, being Section 23, Block XVI., Wairarapa S.D., Dyer Settlement, and being all the land in Occupation License on Deferred Payment Volume 22A, Folio 85, Wellington Registry. Balance purchase money under the License is £584 16s 2d, term 20 years from 1/1/1938, payable by half-yearly instalments of £23 11s lid (which includes interest and principal) on Ist January and July, interest rate (lower) 41% per annum. The above lands comprise one farm situate Dyerville, some 4 miles by good road from Martinborough, and previously occupied by Mr William Waugh. The property is suitable for sheep or dairy farming. Buildings consist of dwelling, whare, cowbails, woolshed. Rates (1938-39), £32 Bs. Insurance premiums, £3 19s 4d. Tenders for purchase on a cash basis must be supported by deposit of £250, and balance paid within 28 days of acceptance. Tenders for purchase on terms must be accompanied by 10% deposit, and if tender accepted balance will become payable, 10% within 28 days, 10% within 1 year, and balance within 5 years, interest 4j% per annum, the purchaser to take over the liability under the Deferred Payment License. Tenders for lease must be accompanied by deposit equivalent to six months’ rent at the rate tendered. Conditions of tender may be inspected at and any further particulars obtained from the Offices of the Public Trustee at Masterton, Wellington or Martinborough, where forms of tender may also be obtained.
