SECONDLY: 196 acres 1 rood 30 perches, being Section 23, Block XVI., Wairarapa S.D., Dyer Settlement, and being all the land in Occupation License on Deferred Payment Volume 22A, Folio 85, Wellington Registry. Balance purchase money under the License is £584 16s 2d, term 20 years from 1/1/1938, payable by half-yearly instalments of £23 11s lid (which includes interest and principal) on Ist January and July, interest rate (lower) 41% per annum. The above lands comprise one farm situate Dyerville, some 4 miles by good road from Martinborough, and previously occupied by Mr William Waugh. The property is suitable for sheep or dairy farming.
