QUEEN CARNIVAL EFFORT. (“Times-Age” Special.) A most enjoyable afternoon was spent at the home of Mrs Blain on Tuesday. After several games of euchre' had been played afternoon tea was served and prizes presented. The winners were Mrs H. R. Burt 1, Mrs A. Gain 2; Miss M. Rasmussen, consolation; specials. Mrs Benton and Mrs Burt. Senr. A novel competition for preserves was won by Mrs F. Benton. Mrs Baker moved a hearty vote of thanks to Mrs Blain for her hospitality. The proceeds are for the Red candidate, Miss N. Tocker.
