IRISH REPUBLICAN ARMY BANNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. DUBLIN, May 24. The Bill passed by the Dail imposing the death penalty for treason provides that harbourers of traitors may be gaoled, and fined £5OO. Employment of the title Irish Republican Army is prohibited and reports of 1.R..A activities are banned. Membership of illegal organisations is penalised.
