GOLD CLAUSE
U.S.A. SUPREME COURT DECISION. APPLIED TO FOREIGN BONDS. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 22. The Supreme Court, by a five to four decision, held that the Congressional abrogation of the Gold Clause applies to bonds providing for redemption :n foreign countries, as well as to those paid in American dollars.
