IMPUDENT BURGLARS

While a gang of daring burglars blew a hole in a brick wall which gave, ’horn, access to the strongroom at Botany Post Office early this morning, four local resident secretly watched the operations too terrified to leave their home to notify the police owing the fact that one member of the gang was patrolling the street. , The burglars obtained cash, postal notes and stamps worth £5O. Not one eye-witness had a telephone.
