BIG INCREASE RECORDED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. PARIS, May 17. The Minister of Finance. Mr Reynaud, announced today that the exchange stabilisation fund increased from 2,067,000,000 francs at the end of October to 4,942,000,000 francs at the end of November, to 12,502,000,000 francs at the end of December, and to 13,421,000,000 francs at the end of January. It is announced that there are 6800 fewer unemployed in France than there were at the same time in 1938.
