WESTMINSTER & KENSINGTON. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, May IG. Polling will take place tomorrow in two London by-.elections. In the Abbey Division of Westminster, Sir Harold Webbe, leader of the Municipal Reform Party on the London County Council, is standing as a Government supporter, being opposed by an Independent, Mr Carritt. At Kensington, where the Government majority at last election was only 545, the candidates are Mr Angus Kennedy (Conservative) and John . Wilmot (Labour).
