Searching question regarding H.M.S. Endeavour will be asked in the House of Commons on Thursday and information will be demanded regarding the nature of the inquiry, safeguards for ratings giving evidence, what action will be taken to remedy the two years' unsatisfactory state of affairs, whether quarterly returns of punishments were received by the Admiralty, why the large number of warrant offences was not discovered long ago and what steps were taken to remove the cause and how many wives of dependents were informed that allowances had been stopped because of desertions.
