PERSONAL ITEMS
Mrs Carter, of Dunedin, is the guest of Mrs S. Munn, of Waingawa. Miss Admore, Te Whiti, is visiting Wellington. Mr and Mrs James Andrew, “lea,” left last week on a visit to England. The Misses Morrison, Lansdowne, have returned from a short visit to Wellington. Mr and Mrs G. W. Sellar, Colombo Road, Masterton, are staying at Paraparaurqu Beach. Mrs McCrae, New Plymouth, is staying with her sister, Mrs Ross, Rimu Street, Lansdowne.
Mrs M. Cleghorn, Principal of St. Matthew’s School, Masterton, is spending the term holidays in Rotorua. Mr and Mrs H. O. Toogood, Renall Street, Masterton, left this week for Australia en route for England. Mrs C. Campbell, of Wanganui is the guest of IVliss Bessie Donald, Revans Street, Featherston. Mrs P. W. Benson, of Western Lake, Featherston, is on a visit to her parents, Mr and Mrs E. Martin, Papatawa. Mrs J. Carter, of Lower Hutt, is -the guest of her sister, Mrs Gallagher, Eketahuna.
Mrs C. M. Wright, and her son Jim, of Masterton, who have been on a trip to the U.S.A, and Mexico, returned home this morning. Mr and Mrs Arthur Wilkie, of Dyerville, accompanied by Mr and Mrs J. M. Lyford, of Greytown, are on a tour of the North Island.
Misses .Jessie Johnston and Lily Feast, of Wellington, are the guests of Miss Ivy McKenzie, of Renall Street, Master ton.
Miss George, a senior sister on the staff of the Memorial Hospital at Hastings, is spending her annual leave at the home of her mother, Mrs S. M. George, at Alfredton. Mrs H. T. Wood, Masterton, who has been motoring in the South Island for the past three months, is now the guest .of Mr and Mrs Douglas Wood, Karori, Wellington.
Mrs A. D. Sheppard, of Hamilton, is at present visiting her mother Mrs W. G. Barker, McKenna Street, Masterton. Mrs Sheppard is accompanied by her daughter.
