SALE OF LEASE’ BY TENDER. FARM PROPERTY, DYERVTLLE, MARTINBOROUGH. rpHE PUBLIC TRUSTEE invites alternative tenders for: — (a) The purchase on a cash basis or terms, or, (b) A 7 years’ lease, of the following lands: — FIRSTLY: 157 acres 3 roods, situate Block XVI., Wairarapa S.D., beingpart Sections 13 and 81, Wharekaka Block, and being also Lot 4 D.P. 4965.
